About the Role
St Peters Lutheran College is seeking an experienced professional to perform the full time maximum term contract position of Admissions Engagement Officer.
Reporting to the Admissions Manager, the Admissions Engagement Officer is a key point of contact for prospective and enrolled families, delivering exceptional customer service throughout the enrolment and transition journey. This role attends tours, events, and engagement activities, ensuring timely and professional communication that strengthens family connections with the College. In addition to supporting the Admissions Manager, the position assists with admissions documentation, database processes, bulk communications, and compliance with College policies and procedures.
This role requires a flexible, proactive communicator with strong organisational and reporting skills, committed to fostering a collaborative culture and achieving the highest standards of integrity and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to prospective and current families.
- Assist with admissions documentation and database management.
- Assist with sourcing and confirming enrolment documentation and other database processes
- Support the Admissions Officer with bulk communications and place offers at key points in the year
- Assist with tours for new and enrolled families at key points in the enrolment process including overseeing the transition and welcome processes for new families entering throughout the year (Term 2, 3 and 4).
- Attend and contribute to College promotional events, including Annual Open Day and Scholarship Testing Day, both held on Saturdays
- Ensure timely and professional communication.
